Within the commercial team, Joanna’s role involves close collaboration with clients, emphasising the significance of cyber security. She provides customised recommendations to companies based on their unique infrastructures and requirements, aiming to optimise their defence against cyber attacks.

At CYFOR Secure, she has substantial involvement in the Cyber Insurance Industry, as we feature on various Insurance Panels for Incident Response, Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), and Business Remediation. Joanna is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with insurers and breach counsels. In the event of a breach, she can be seen to collaborate closely with our CYFOR Secure Technical team to ensure seamless, prompt, and consistently high-standard responses to incidents.
